• Sending you consistent text and picture updates throughout your dog’s grooming process. So you are in the know of everything going on. 

• We ago to great lengths to give your dog lots of love throughout the whole grooming.

• We do not believe in keeping your dog in a kennel while in our grooming care unless you specifically ask us to do so.

• Our advanced notice policy. Let’s say you are 30 minutes away from our location. We will send you a 30 minute notice before your dog’s grooming service is complete. 

• The price you see is the price it’ll be. So you don’t have to worry about any surprise or hidden costs.
